I love food—good food. I'm particular about what I eat, yet I'll happily try almost anything. I'm not a chef by any stretch (please don't quote me on technique!), but I adore cooking and eating ofcourse. Especially the kind of simple, comforting food that makes a home feel like a home.
Most days, you'll find me making easy Asian-inspired dishes, always adapted to our very Indian taste buds. I've never been a masala person; I gravitate toward clean flavours, gentle spices, and meals that feel light but satisfying.
My husband and I share a deep love for Japanese and Asian cuisine, so our kitchen hobby typically looks like experimenting, taste-testing, baking mishaps, and celebrating the little wins of getting a dish almost right.
